Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- ability to lift 35 pounds
- capacity to perform physical tasks and outdoor work
- customer service experience
- availability to work flexible full-time schedules
- willingness to travel between properties
Job Qualifications
- experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- comfortable spending up to 50 percent of time outdoors including walking and climbing stairs
- basic cash handling and auditing skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- work independently at multiple locations
- assess customer storage needs and suggest applicable products
- perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- assist customers with payment updates and make reminder and collection calls
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds
- use vehicle to travel between properties as required
