Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions
  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location within 30 days of anticipated start date
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
  • Remind customer to check for personal belongings and document any items found
  • Advise and review rental charges and provide accurate receipts
  • Provide professional information about transportation to the airport terminal
  • Thank customers using prescribed dialogue and inquire about service satisfaction
  • Discreetly check vehicles for damage on return and direct customers for damage report completion
  • Use proper statements to verify if vehicles are returned with full gas tanks
  • Complete service alerts for reported mechanical or body damage
  • Identify and manage vehicles on system hold or flagged for maintenance
  • Organize the lot for ease of access and maintain traffic flow
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment and training
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
