Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Be up to date on all vaccinations
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shifts

Job Duties
- Help patients check into the hospital
- Collect patient and insurance information accurately
- Work on computers and answer phones in a busy environment
- Manage multiple programs and screens during registration
- Listen carefully to patients to address fears and concerns
- Work quickly in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
- Collaborate with clinical staff during emergency interruptions
