Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or insurance-related roles preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • proficiency in bilingual communication, particularly Spanish
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting business development
