The customer assistance representative senior (CAR Sr) position is a pivotal role within a well-established car rental company operating at the San Francisco Airport. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- At least 6 months prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Able to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays from 2 pm to 11 pm

Job Duties
- Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and resolutions
- Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivables, and miscellaneous assignments
- Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and by phone
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Provide directions and general assistance
- Assess rental vehicle condition upon return
- Process vehicle returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
- Market the company while safely transporting customers and assisting as needed
- Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
- Sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment
- Notify management of vehicle maintenance needs and problems
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors manually or with washing equipment
- Perform administrative and basic accounting functions including research, billing support, accounts receivable, transfer and key logs, running reports, supply maintenance, and billing processing
- Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned
