Job Requirements

- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- One year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
- Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
- Follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed
- Support management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
- Work cooperatively with sales, merchandising, and store teams
- Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
