Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
  • One year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain reliable attendance

Job Duties

  • Greet all customers in a warm, professional manner representing Ashley's brand image
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and email communications
  • Assist with processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Process customer credit applications and assist with financing arrangements
  • Follow established cash handling procedures and reconcile transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Support management with operational audits, inventory processes, and compliance checks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports
  • Work cooperatively with sales, merchandising, and store teams
  • Utilize point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
