Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 plus years customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- strong phone and written communication skills
- highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with CRM systems (Jobber experience a plus)
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- accountability mindset and goal-oriented work ethic

Job Duties
- Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly
- maintain an 85% plus booking rate on incoming leads
- enter all leads and job details accurately into Jobber
- schedule and optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency and minimize drive time
- follow up consistently with past customers and open estimates
- send appointment reminders and secure confirmations prior to service
- log all client communication accurately
- communicate schedule updates and changes with technicians
- handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- complete weekly reporting including job costing, payouts vs. QuickBooks, tip distribution, check reconciliation, payroll approvals, and past-due invoice follow-ups
- assist with additional administrative duties as needed
