Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot
- ability to enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- must hold a valid driver’s license
- ability to work outdoors and stay active
- willingness to work flexible shifts
- effective verbal communication skills
- basic computer skills
- 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- regular on-site presence required and cannot be performed remotely

Job Duties
- assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots
- check vehicles for condition and cleanliness
- enter information into handheld devices accurately
- process rentals for loyalty customers
- assist customers at exit gates
- check in vehicles at return
- provide professional and friendly customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
