Job Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in distribution or warehousing preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to twist, squat, and reach above shoulder level
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Accurately process incoming and outgoing orders within designated systems
  • Provide customer service related to warehousing operations
  • Coordinate workflow with customers, employees, and carriers
  • Enter and complete inbound and outbound orders and extra billing by end of work shift
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and specific customer instructions
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of work areas
  • Interface professionally with customers and respond promptly to requests
