Job Requirements

  • able to stand, walk, and handle baggage for an eight-hour shift
  • able to lift up to 70 lbs
  • must be eligible to acquire and maintain credentials vital for the position
  • must pass background check
  • must pass pre-placement drug screen
  • position-specific clearances including but not limited to FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal Service
  • available for day, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • mandatory overtime may be required
  • legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • willing and able to work on-site full-time

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • comfortable with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • effective communication skills with diverse teams
  • ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
  • successful completion of interview and assessment
  • punctual and reliable attendance
  • ability to meet uniform and appearance standards
  • willingness to work 100% on-site

Job Duties

  • greet customers warmly upon arrival and departure at airport terminals
  • assist customers with ticketing, baggage handling, and travel inquiries
  • provide professional and confident service to resolve travel issues
  • communicate effectively with other airport departments and flight crews
  • operate passenger loading bridges and conduct safety checks
  • maintain compliance with FAA, TSA, and other regulatory agencies
  • work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays with reliability
