- up to date on all vaccinations
- ability to pass a drug test
- ability to pass a background check
- willingness to work specified night and evening shifts
- ability to work in a hospital or lab environment where illness and injuries may be observed

Job Duties
- working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment
- helping people who may be very ill or worried by listening carefully and easing their anxiety
- collecting patient and insurance information accurately and efficiently
- managing multiple computer programs and screens simultaneously
- building rapport with patients and asking follow-up questions
- adapting quickly to interruptions from clinicians requiring emergent care
- maintaining composure in a fast-paced, often unpredictable work environment
