Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk at least 75 percent of the shift
- ability to talk in person or on the phone at least 75 percent of the shift
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30 percent of the time
- availability for full-time or part-time work
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience
- handle front desk related tasks such as answering phone calls politely and assisting with questions or concerns
- take information calls and provide tours
- assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and update member account information
- facilitate member services issues and questions and forward them to Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed
- help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
- communicate questions, concerns or issues to a supervisor in a timely manner
