Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all work tasks

Job Duties
- Greet and meet potential members providing a great customer experience
- Handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls politely and assisting with questions or concerns
- Take information calls and conduct tours for prospective members
- Assist in member check-ins sign-ups cancellations BCM amenity usage and updating member account information
- Facilitate member service issues and questions forwarding them to Club Manager Manager in Training or Team Lead as needed
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
