Job Requirements

  • Reside in Nashville, TN or within 1.5 hour drive
  • complete training in Hermitage, TN
  • have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
  • reliable high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed
  • smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for authentication
  • proficiency in modern office practices and equipment
  • capacity to work Monday through Friday from 8am-4:35pm CST
  • ability to work some overtime
  • willing to return company equipment upon separation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • proficiency in data entry including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
  • ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
  • basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • excellent interpersonal skills with tact, patience, and courtesy
  • general understanding of policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Receive calls from child support client stakeholders following standard operating procedures
  • categorize calls accurately into provided categories
  • record any abusive or extraordinary calls
  • perform data entry tasks efficiently
  • adhere to contractual obligations
  • provide courteous and professional customer service
  • complete other duties as assigned
