Job Requirements

  • High school or secondary school education or equivalent
  • Three to five years of related experience in ocean services or operational areas
  • Intermediate understanding of customer service practices
  • Analytical skills with good service orientation
  • Proficient with basic office software like Microsoft Office, CRM, tracking and tracing systems
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of experience in ocean services or operational areas
  • Intermediate knowledge of customer service principles
  • Strong analytical and service orientation skills
  • Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to handle technical and support issues related to operations and customer service

Job Duties

  • Responsible for facilitating customer shipping requests for air exports and coordinating with CEVA teams
  • Managing customer and operational inquiries and optimizing shipment processes
  • Reviewing, completing, and processing documentation related to orders and shipments
  • Providing operational and service support including advanced technical assistance
  • Researching issues and developing recommendations for resolution
  • Assisting in implementing customer service policies and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Communicating effectively with team members and performing other assigned duties
