  • must possess basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Receive inquiries from customers, contractors, and city departments via multiple channels
  • resolve billing, invoicing, and financial inquiries with one-call resolution
  • interview customers to establish, transfer, or cancel services
  • assist customers with deferred billing, levelized billing, low income exemptions, and other programs
  • verify customer accounts using databases and software
  • research account information to explain services and charges
  • log complaints and create service orders routing them appropriately
  • maintain and file service requests
  • serve as relief receptionist when needed
