Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment
- Cash register and cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a professional disposition when working with customers
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email
- Superior customer service and teamwork skills with a great attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when addressing customer needs or concerns
- Uphold Halls brand image and demonstrate a passion for customers in every interaction
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Collaborate effectively with team members demonstrating a positive team player attitude within the department and the entire store
- Perform gift wrapping and gift boxing services to maintain high standards of presentation
- Cash management and cash handling accurately and responsibly
- Maintain and stock supplies in the concierge area to ensure readiness and efficiency
- Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing
