Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to handle cash responsibly
Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment
Cash register and cash handling experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have a professional disposition when working with customers
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email
Superior customer service and teamwork skills with a great attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
Exhibit empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when addressing customer needs or concerns
Uphold Halls brand image and demonstrate a passion for customers in every interaction
Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
Collaborate effectively with team members demonstrating a positive team player attitude within the department and the entire store
Perform gift wrapping and gift boxing services to maintain high standards of presentation
Cash management and cash handling accurately and responsibly
Maintain and stock supplies in the concierge area to ensure readiness and efficiency
Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing
