Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle cash responsibly
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum one year customer service experience in a professional or public environment
  • Cash register and cash handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must have a professional disposition when working with customers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email
  • Superior customer service and teamwork skills with a great attitude and team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on creating memorable experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Exhibit empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when addressing customer needs or concerns
  • Uphold Halls brand image and demonstrate a passion for customers in every interaction
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Collaborate effectively with team members demonstrating a positive team player attitude within the department and the entire store
  • Perform gift wrapping and gift boxing services to maintain high standards of presentation
  • Cash management and cash handling accurately and responsibly
  • Maintain and stock supplies in the concierge area to ensure readiness and efficiency
  • Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and visually appealing
