Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Successful completion of computer-based and on-the-job training
  • Ability to lift baggage weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to enter ticket information and check scheduling via computer
  • Ability to pass a background check with no criminal history
  • Ability to qualify for government airport ID and pass a drug test
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to provide unexpired USCIS Form I-9 documentation
  • Compliance with grooming and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math skills
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle money transactions
  • Computer proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Ability to speak, read and write clear English
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid MD Class C driver’s license or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Report promptly at the assigned time of duty for Allegiant flights and remain on duty until shift completion
  • Represent the airline to passengers and assist with ticket sales and reservations including changes
  • Check in passengers and manage checked baggage movement
  • Provide airline information to passengers as required
  • Greet passengers entering the terminal and direct them to ticket counters
  • Assist with passenger boarding and train to operate jet bridge
  • Prepare and complete all paperwork related to aircraft movement
  • Load and unload baggage to and from aircraft and airport baggage areas
  • Marshal aircraft in and out of the gate area
  • Complete required computer-based and on-the-job training within 60 days and monthly thereafter
  • Perform related tasks as required
