Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
- Flexible availability for shifts
- Commitment to regular and predictable onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Experience as a sales associate or cashier advantageous
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage customers positively
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
- Team-oriented attitude with motivation to advance professionally
- Willingness to learn and maintain a fun working environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Run the register and process cash and card payments
- Make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
- Work with the store's food program when required
- Maintain store appearance both inside and outside
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily store goals
