Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work various shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently during shifts
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Push or pull with up to 20 pounds of force
- Bend at the waist with some twisting motions
- Manual dexterity for grasping and manipulating objects
- Comply with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Motivated to advance and learn new skills
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Run the register and handle cashiering duties accurately
- Make purchase suggestions to customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist with store maintenance both inside and outside to uphold appearance standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish daily operational goals
- Participate in the food program and other store tasks as needed
- Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance
