Job Requirements
- must have valid driver's license
- basic computer skills including typing and data entry
- effective verbal communication skills
- willingness to work outdoors
- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter or exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have regular, on-site presence
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Job Duties
- assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on airport lots
- check cars and enter information in handheld devices
- process rentals for loyalty customers
- assist customers at exit gates
- check-in cars at return while providing excellent customer service
- drive a variety of vehicles
- maintain on-site presence during shifts
