Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must hold a valid driver’s license
- basic computer skills required
- effective verbal communication skills necessary
- must have a customer-first mindset
- must possess strong customer service skills
- willingness to work outdoors and stay active is essential
- flexibility to work all shifts required
- must be able to perform physical tasks including typing, standing, walking, and driving various vehicles
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- position requires on-site presence
- 6 months retail or customer service experience is preferred

Job Duties
- assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots
- check vehicles for condition and cleanliness
- enter information into handheld devices accurately
- process rentals for loyalty customers efficiently
- assist customers at exit gates by verifying transactions
- check in vehicles upon return
- provide professional and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience
