Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- valid driver’s license
- basic computer proficiency
- strong verbal communication skills
- willingness to work outdoors
- physical ability to stand, walk, and enter and exit vehicles frequently
- flexibility to work all shifts
- ability to provide regular on-site presence
- customer service experience preferred but not required

- 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Job Duties
- assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots
- check vehicles and record information using handheld devices
- process rentals for loyalty customers
- assist customers at exit gates
- check in vehicles upon return
- provide professional and friendly customer service
- maintain flexibility to work all shifts
