Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • valid driver’s license
  • basic computer proficiency
  • strong verbal communication skills
  • willingness to work outdoors
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and enter and exit vehicles frequently
  • flexibility to work all shifts
  • ability to provide regular on-site presence
  • customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver’s license
  • basic computer skills including typing and data entry
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • strong customer service skills including professionalism and patience
  • customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others
  • ability to work outdoors and stay physically active
  • flexibility to work varied shifts
  • ability to type, sit, stand, walk, and enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods
  • legally authorized to work in the united states
  • 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots
  • check vehicles and record information using handheld devices
  • process rentals for loyalty customers
  • assist customers at exit gates
  • check in vehicles upon return
  • provide professional and friendly customer service
  • maintain flexibility to work all shifts
