Job Requirements
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- at least two years of experience in customer service, admissions/recruitment, event planning, or related field
- ability to work a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- at least two years of experience in customer service, admissions/recruitment, event planning, or related field
- knowledge and experience with office administration and reception
- knowledge and experience with databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
- ability to develop, interpret, and apply policies and procedures
- ability to communicate both orally and in writing
- ability to use customer service initiatives to clients and the campus community
- independent worker and a team player
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide logistical support for event planning, implementation, and assessment
- complete event and special project task list in a timely and precise manner
- assist with overall customer service departmental goals by supporting other employees and/or student workers when needed
- answer incoming calls and forward to the appropriate staff member if necessary and/or document all messages
- process incoming and outgoing mail
- assist with data entry, imaging, and electronic filing utilizing proprietary databases
- pick up/deliver documents to UA Little Rock personnel on campus as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
