Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available for some evening and weekend shifts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Represent nonprofit and ethical brands at live events, outreach sites, and promotional activations
  • Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide clear, helpful campaign information
  • Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials
  • Engage with community members to build awareness and support for ongoing campaigns
  • Collect customer feedback and document interactions to improve event performance
  • Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to ensure smooth event operations
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues with a professional, solution-oriented mindset
  • Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, high-quality customer service throughout each event
