Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available for some evening and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Reliable and proactive work ethic

Job Duties
- Represent nonprofit and ethical brands at live events, outreach sites, and promotional activations
- Greet attendees, answer questions, and provide clear, helpful campaign information
- Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials
- Engage with community members to build awareness and support for ongoing campaigns
- Collect customer feedback and document interactions to improve event performance
- Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Troubleshoot on-site issues with a professional, solution-oriented mindset
- Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, high-quality customer service throughout each event
