Job Requirements
- Be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Availability for some evening and weekend shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and multitask

- No prior experience required as paid training is provided

Job Duties
- Represent nonprofit and ethical brands at live events, outreach sites, and promotional activations
- Greet attendees, answer questions, and share information about campaigns and services
- Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and distribution of promotional materials
- Engage with community members to build awareness and support for campaigns
- Gather customer feedback and track interactions to help improve event performance
- Work closely with outreach and marketing teams to ensure smooth event operations
- Troubleshoot on-site issues with a professional, solution-oriented approach
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and high-quality customer service throughout each event
