Job Duties

Representing client campaigns and promotional events with professionalism and enthusiasm
Greeting and engaging with community members to share campaign details and materials
Assisting with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination
Answering questions and providing customer support throughout each event
Tracking interactions, collecting feedback, and suggesting improvements
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint
