Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of customer service experience
- must pass background screening
- minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
- availability for all shifts including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- must pass onsite assessments with score above 80 percent

Job Duties

- maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided
