Job Requirements

  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized, ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Timely in all work and attendance
  • 1+ year experience managing a multi-line phone system preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • 40+ WPM typing speed
  • High level of organizational skills
  • High-level attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Answer phones, texts and emails in a professional manner, and transfer calls to the correct department or employee
  • Cover front desk duties during the receptionist's lunch break
  • Make departmental reminder calls
  • Register installed equipment
  • Purchase and process extended labor warranties
  • Manage scheduling
  • Monitor the dispatch boards throughout the day
  • Assist customers in person, via email, chat, or phone call
  • Process over-the-counter filter sales and identify filter type, acquire filter, create an invoice, and take payment
  • Assist all departments as needed for filing, data entry, notices
  • Follow Marshall's customer service protocols and processes
  • Conduct reminder calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned
