Job Requirements
- Must pass drug and background screens
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized, ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Advanced customer service skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products preferred
- Experience with CRM software preferred
- Timely in all work and attendance
- 1+ year experience managing a multi-line phone system preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- High level of organizational skills
- High-level attention to detail

Job Duties
- Answer phones, texts and emails in a professional manner, and transfer calls to the correct department or employee
- Cover front desk duties during the receptionist's lunch break
- Make departmental reminder calls
- Register installed equipment
- Purchase and process extended labor warranties
- Manage scheduling
- Monitor the dispatch boards throughout the day
- Assist customers in person, via email, chat, or phone call
- Process over-the-counter filter sales and identify filter type, acquire filter, create an invoice, and take payment
- Assist all departments as needed for filing, data entry, notices
- Follow Marshall's customer service protocols and processes
- Conduct reminder calls
- Perform other duties as assigned
