Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor and integrity
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm onsite in Tampa, FL

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced call center environment
  • Well organized, detailed, and skilled in time management
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite especially Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Job Duties

  • Receive inbound phone calls and dispatch calls to the appropriate department
  • Resolve customer problems and refer problems to appropriate department when appropriate
  • Perform routine administrative activities including answering phones, taking messages, distributing mail, filing, or maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Collect, compile, verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms and office systems such as databases
  • Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from external and internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes to ensure prompt and accurate responses
  • Participate in meetings and communicate any concerns to management
  • Follow all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Perform other duties or functions as requested by management
