Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm plus overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Receive inbound phone calls and dispatch calls to the appropriate department
- Resolve customer problems and refer problems to appropriate department when appropriate
- Perform routine administrative activities including answering phones, taking messages, distributing mail, filing, or maintaining office supplies
- Collect, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents and office systems
- Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from external/internal sources promptly and accurately
- Participate in meetings and communicate concerns to management
- Follow all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Perform other duties as requested by management
