Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm plus overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Receive inbound phone calls and dispatch calls to the appropriate department
  • Resolve customer problems and refer problems to appropriate department when appropriate
  • Perform routine administrative activities including answering phones, taking messages, distributing mail, filing, or maintaining office supplies
  • Collect, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents and office systems
  • Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from external/internal sources promptly and accurately
  • Participate in meetings and communicate concerns to management
  • Follow all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
