Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support role preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 7am-4pm plus overtime as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Job Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle a fast-paced call center environment
- Well organized, detailed, and possess time-management skills
- Display a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite especially Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Duties
- Receive inbound phone calls and dispatch calls to the appropriate department
- Resolve customer problems and refer problems to appropriate department when appropriate
- Perform routine administrative activities per established procedures including answering phones, taking messages, distributing mail, filing, or maintaining office supplies or other inventory
- Collect, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations, or forms
- Respond to or redirect routine inquiries from external/internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes
- Participate in meetings and communicate any concerns to management
- Follow all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures
- Perform other duties or functions as requested by management
