Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems

Job Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience providing friendly and personable customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
  • Monitor work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary
  • Coordinate rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service to customers
  • Maintain a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing, and load level processes
  • Navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service center operations
