Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
- Reliable and regular onsite attendance
- Helpful communication and friendly conversational skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation to advance in your career
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle cashiering duties
- Make purchase suggestions and assist with sales
- Work with the food program as needed
- Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and outside
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks around the store
