Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push and pull with arms up to 20 pounds force
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and maintain predictable onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience preferred
- Motivation to advance in career
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers and run the register
- Cashier duties and make purchase suggestions
- Assist with food program as needed
- Maintain high standards for store appearance both inside and outside
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers
- Work collaboratively with team to accomplish daily tasks
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
