- 1 plus years of experience within a customer facing environment

Job Duties
- Greet and provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
- monitor work volume scheduled for the center and recommend load level requests when necessary
- coordinate rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers
- maintain broad knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, billing and load level processes
- navigate multiple software systems to support daily operations
- manage competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth service center operations
