Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of warehousing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work overtime with same day notice
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift and extended hours including Saturdays as needed
- U.S. work authorization required
- Pass drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of warehousing experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Shipping experience preferred
- Proficient in English (read and write)
- Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as SAP, AS400, or Red Prairie preferred
Job Duties
- Organize daily orders to ensure correct on-time shipping
- Communicate with various departments on topics related to shipping and warehousing
- Work closely with the Planning Team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and address customer incidents
- Verify availability of material required for shipment completion
- Proactively analyze warehouse systems to identify and correct potential shipment delays
- Communicate all shipping requirements to warehouse personnel
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting products up to 40 pounds and moving within the warehouse environment
