Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two-year college degree from an accredited college in Accounting or Business Management or 2 years relatable experience
  • Knowledge and experience in data entry, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications
  • A high level of interpersonal skills to handle customer service issues calmly and professionally
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials
  • The ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to ever-changing needs
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods continuously
  • Ability to talk, hear, and see continuously
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to travel as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Build relationships and provide excellent customer service with our customers (internal and external) via telephone and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Enter pickups and returns and gather customer information to communicate with other departments
  • Monitor, track, and trace customer’s freight
  • Process changes or cancellations to freight bills
  • Take ownership of the customer’s concern
  • diagnose, assess, resolve, and provide resolutions that are as easy as possible for the customer
  • Educate customers on technology solutions that Magnum has in place
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
