Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
- Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
- 1 year of previous call center experience (preferred)
- Experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (preferred)
- Experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
Job Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal orders
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document all conversations with clients into the client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when special situations arise regarding clients
- Work quickly and efficiently without making clients feel rushed
