Job Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
  • 1 year of previous call center experience (preferred)
  • Experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (preferred)
  • Experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal orders
  • Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
  • Document all conversations with clients into the client information database
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when special situations arise regarding clients
  • Work quickly and efficiently without making clients feel rushed
