Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift (preferred but not required)
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on-site full time
- Comfortable walking through manufacturing yards with outdoor and dirtier environments
- Ability to pass a drug test
Job Qualifications
- Forklift experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to contractors and customers
- Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining products
- Loading materials using forklifts as needed
- Creating accurate and complete invoices and sales orders
- Working with outside sales representatives
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications
- Assisting dispatch with orders
- Completing daily paperwork
