- availability to work 10 AM to 7 PM shift with Sundays off

Job Duties
- Help customers with questions and guidance on home technology products and services
- handle customer orders accurately and promptly
- resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- stay updated on HomePro’s latest home technology offerings and explain features to customers
- collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams
- maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams
