Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service
  • enthusiasm for home technology
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to empathize and remain patient
  • multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with customer service software
  • willingness to collaborate with teams
  • availability to work 10 AM to 7 PM shift with Sundays off

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • knowledge or enthusiasm for home technology products
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • ability to empathize and maintain patience
  • multitasking and organizational skills

  • comfortable using customer service software

  • bilingual skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Help customers with questions and guidance on home technology products and services
  • handle customer orders accurately and promptly
  • resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
  • stay updated on HomePro’s latest home technology offerings and explain features to customers
  • collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams
  • maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • collect customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams
