Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent computer skills with PDI Enterprise POS
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Basic math proficiency
- Food Handlers Permit if required by location
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Flexible availability to work various shifts and stores within district
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds from ground to waist
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch during work
- Capacity to push and pull with 20 pounds force
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent computer skills and competency in PDI Enterprise POS
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and work with little or no supervision
- Basic math skills
- Food Handlers Permit if required
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Open availability to work all shifts at home store and other stores within district as needed
Job Duties
- Take measures to preserve the safety of employees and others in the work location
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and quickly
- Operate POS including cash register and fuel console precisely and accurately handle money and payments
- Perform service transactions including credit card transactions, coupon redemption, vendor check-in, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and fast food sales
- Check identification for restricted products according to company policy
- Participate in sales promotions and campaigns, practice suggestive selling and build customer relations
- Review and adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations
- Maintain neat personal appearance and wear company uniform and name tag
- Prepare hot food items and maintain condiment bar as designated by Store Manager
- Ensure store is free of litter, spills, and all equipment is sanitized and in working condition
- Sweep floors, mop as needed, clean pump areas, and restock restrooms
- Perform regular cleaning of store equipment, trash removal, and merchandise dusting
- Organize backroom supplies, receive and stock merchandise with proper lifting techniques
- Conduct daily inspections of perishable products for freshness and proper rotation
- Follow company policy on robbery, violence prevention and safety

- Act as backup cashier during Barista shifts handling sales and POS transactions
- Brew fresh coffee regularly and maintain beverage stations
- Clean thoroughly during night shifts including drains, floors, restrooms, and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager
