Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year of customer service experience in a single role
  • availability to all shifts including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
  • must pass a background screening
  • minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
  • candidates must pass onsite assessments with a score above 80 percent prior to interviewing
  • 100 percent on-site work required

  • Proven ability to provide patient, empathetic, and effective customer service
  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers during stressful situations

Job Duties

  • Handle inbound calls from customers who are stranded and need roadside assistance for rental vehicles
  • assess each situation to determine the best solution such as arranging for towing, dispatching roadside assistance, or providing other necessary support
  • coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance to the customer
  • ensure that customers receive the required help and follow up to guarantee their safety and satisfaction
  • maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and services provided
