Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- at least 1 year of customer service experience in a single role
- availability to all shifts including overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
- must pass a background screening
- minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
- candidates must pass onsite assessments with a score above 80 percent prior to interviewing
- 100 percent on-site work required

Job Duties
- Handle inbound calls from customers who are stranded and need roadside assistance for rental vehicles
- assess each situation to determine the best solution such as arranging for towing, dispatching roadside assistance, or providing other necessary support
- coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance to the customer
- ensure that customers receive the required help and follow up to guarantee their safety and satisfaction
- maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and services provided
