Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
  • occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift
  • grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands requiring eye-hand coordination
  • willingness to work days and evening shifts
  • ability to provide regular and predictable attendance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • retail or customer service experience preferred
  • sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • motivation to advance career
  • willingness to learn and have fun

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
  • assist with food program operations as needed
  • maintain store appearance both inside and outside
  • collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
  • provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
