Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with 10-key and keyboarding
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with weekends off
- Ability to comply with Federal banking regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new technologies
- Commitment to corporate values and ethical standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or approved equivalent
- Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills

- Personable and outgoing
- Previous work experience in retail, consumer service, or client relations
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
- Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions
- Build rapport and relationships with clients
- Adhere to bank policies and Federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations
- Use multiple computer systems effectively and adapt to technological changes
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
- Reflect corporate values including integrity, teamwork, and kindness
