Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds frequently
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, and perform physical tasks up to one hour a shift
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Willingness to learn and have fun
- Available to work days, evenings, and overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Sales associate or cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Motivation to advance in a retail career
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Make purchase suggestions to customers
- Work with the food program occasionally
- Maintain store appearance and assist with store tasks inside and outside
- Provide predictable onsite attendance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals
