Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service preferably with technical or troubleshooting exposure
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic PC skills including Excel, Word, Publisher
- Technical training or degree is a plus

Job Duties
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from consumers, dealers, and technicians
- Assist dealers with part orders, account details, and product information
- Provide accurate technical support including troubleshooting spa operations, plumbing, electrical components, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections, and mobile apps
- Support warranty claims, spa registrations, and dealer training initiatives
- Develop and maintain reference materials for the department
