Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service preferably with technical or troubleshooting exposure
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Basic PC skills including Excel, Word, Publisher
  • Technical training or degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from consumers, dealers, and technicians
  • Assist dealers with part orders, account details, and product information
  • Provide accurate technical support including troubleshooting spa operations, plumbing, electrical components, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections, and mobile apps
  • Support warranty claims, spa registrations, and dealer training initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reference materials for the department
