Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds repeatedly during a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds force
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects requiring eye-hand coordination
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred
  • Must be able to provide regular and predictable attendance

  • Retail and customer service experience preferred
  • Sales associate or cashier experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent service
  • Run the register and handle cashier duties
  • Make purchase suggestions to enhance customer experience
  • Assist with the store's food program as needed
  • Maintain store appearance both inside and outside to high standards
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks and goals
