Job Requirements
- Current and valid drivers license
- Professional demeanor, behavior, and appearance in accordance with company policy
- Ability to perform all essential functions safely without endangering oneself or others
- Ability to comply with local and state health code requirements for soda fountain and food service sales
- Meet local and state minimum age requirements for sale of tobacco and alcohol where applicable
- Ability to complete all required trainings and certifications
- Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- Ability to work irregular schedules including weekends, extended hours, overtime, and holidays

- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and operate transaction technology including tablets and payment terminals

Job Duties
- Provide excellent and timely customer service to create a pleasant experience for customers
- Pro-actively greet customers entering the convenience store, pay terminal area, or fuel pumps and be responsive to their needs
- Effectively present and sell car wash services, memberships, and additional purchase options to customers to achieve sales and revenue goals
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment including outdoor gas pump islands and store interiors
- Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and displays clean and well presented
- Maintain point-of-sale transaction integrity by following procedures accurately
- Follow Waterway policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Perform administrative tasks such as bank deposits and supply deliveries
- Perform transactional functions to meet customer demand and store staffing needs
