Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to work efficiently in payment processing, invoicing, and paperwork
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • conflict resolution experience
  • attention to detail
  • proficiency with POS systems, accounting software, and Excel
  • ability to multitask and handle customer interactions, phone calls, and computer work simultaneously
  • availability to work holidays and weekends
  • acceptable driving record
  • ability to pass background check
  • compliance with zero-tolerance drug-free policy
  • must be insurable motor vehicle operator

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting
  • friendly and attentive personality
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment
  • exceptional ability to attend to details
  • computer skills (e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel)
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to multitask effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work
  • acceptable driving record
  • ability to pass a background check

  • customer focus - naturally outgoing/extroverted
  • strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs

Job Duties

  • Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service
  • face-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales
  • data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems
  • excellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service
  • connecting clients to appropriate personnel
  • performing administrative support tasks as needed
  • maintaining professionalism
