Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to work efficiently in payment processing, invoicing, and paperwork
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- conflict resolution experience
- attention to detail
- proficiency with POS systems, accounting software, and Excel
- ability to multitask and handle customer interactions, phone calls, and computer work simultaneously
- availability to work holidays and weekends
- acceptable driving record
- ability to pass background check
- compliance with zero-tolerance drug-free policy
- must be insurable motor vehicle operator
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- experience preferred in providing top-quality customer service in a face-to-face setting
- friendly and attentive personality
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience with conflict resolution in a customer service environment
- exceptional ability to attend to details
- computer skills (e.g., POS systems, accounting systems, Excel)
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to multitask effectively, interacting with customers, answering phones, and attending to computer work
- acceptable driving record
- ability to pass a background check

- strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs

Job Duties
- Handling and routing telephone calls with customer-oriented level of service
- face-to-face interactions with customers during over-the-counter sales
- data entry and other computer work, communication with customers via email, track inventory, and process financial transactions via Point of Sale Systems
- excellent attention to detail while ensuring timely and efficient service
- connecting clients to appropriate personnel
- performing administrative support tasks as needed
- maintaining professionalism
